This information is necessary for the performance of our Services ("Tweaks").

• To Provide Services: To fulfill the contract for Services, including diagnosis, troubleshooting, fixing, and optimizing your Website.
• To Communicate: To send you quotes, invoices, service updates, and respond to your inquiries.
• To Manage Credentials (Access Data): To securely utilize and, upon completion of the Service, handle the technical access credentials you provide (see Section 4).
• For Billing: To process payments and prevent fraudulent transactions.
• For Analytics and Improvement: To monitor and analyze usage and activity on our Site and improve our offerings.

With Service Providers:

We share the necessary information, including Website Credentials, only with the specific TWEAKY, LLC employees or trusted independent contractors who require access to perform the contracted Services.

If required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such action is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, protect and defend the rights or property of TWEAKY, LLC, or protect the personal safety of users or the public.

4. Security and Handling of Website Access Credentials

The security of your credentials is a priority.

Security Measures:

We use industry-standard security practices (e.g., encryption, secure vaults) to protect the Website Credentials you provide.

Client Responsibility:

We recommend that Clients create temporary credentials and change passwords immediately after our Services are completed to maintain security.

Credential Retention:

Unless you engage us for an ongoing maintenance plan, we will securely delete or render unusable the Website Credentials upon the completion of the contracted Tweak and after a reasonable review period (e.g., 7 days) to ensure the fix is stable.

5. Data Retention

We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your PII to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

6. Children's Privacy

Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with PII, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information.
