Client Responsibility: We recommend that Clients create temporary credentials and change passwords immediately after our Services are completed to maintain security.
Credential Retention: Unless you engage us for an ongoing maintenance plan, we will securely delete or render unusable the Website Credentials upon the completion of the contracted Tweak and after a reasonable review period (e.g., 7 days) to ensure the fix is stable.
We will retain your Personal Information only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your PII to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes, and enforce our legal agreements and policies.
Our Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18 ("Children"). We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Child has provided us with PII, please contact us. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information from a child under 13 without parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information
